The "tipping point" is described as the name given to that one dramatic moment in an epidemic when everything can change all at once.

Something "tips" when it passes a certain point in popularity. It is when an idea, product, method, or behavior spreads just like a virus.Gladwell asserts that "gradualism" is the norm, that most of us, by nature, are gradualists. Is there room in our ordered society for "tippers"? If so, where and how?There is room in our ordered society for "tippers." These "tippers" can happen anywhere and at anytime. It is the point when the unexpected becomes the expected. In today’s society, where it seems trends and acceptances are the norm, it often seems that the "tippers" role is inevitable.
