Things “tip” when a relatively small change occurs that ultimately has a big effect. The moment of critical mass or boiling point.
3) Gladwell asserts that "gradualism" is the norm, that most of us, by nature, are gradualists,Is there room in our ordered society for "tippers"?If so, where and how? I believe that tippers are essential and necessary in society. They are the ones who effect real change within the culture. Tippers could be found in all walks of life and vocations, since all the systems of the world are interconnected.

3) Who is R.J. Reynolds? R.J. Reynolds is a cigarette company who created an ad for Winston cigarettes. The ad slogan was so catchy that it catapulted Winstons to the #1 cigarette in the country at the time of the ad.
