1) What can we do to improve? (We want your input)
Ideally it would have been great to have the posting available right away.However, I sincerely appreciate Norm’s flexibility.I also really appreciated the detailed instructions that he gave for how to login, post items, etc.
2) What were the aspects of this book study that you found usesful?
The aspects of this book study that were useful were the real life examples and the break down of how they tipped, as well as what parts the Maven, Salesman, and Connectors played.Especially, how to identify these people and utilize their strengths.
3) Would you recomend the Book Study to a colleague?
I would definitely recommend this Book Study class and this book to other colleagues.It was book that I might not have picked up otherwise.I also enjoyed the focused questions, being able to read others responses, and as well as being able to share our thoughts.
